We are seeking to hire a Project coordinator in Ecological-Community Psychology at Michigan State University on Dr. Pennie Foster-Fishman’s research team, supporting several Michigan communities in pursuing transformative systems change within their local healthcare system.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, flexible Project Coordinator to help ensure the effective and efficient running of several community change/systems change evaluation and research projects with shifting priorities. The Project Coordinator will work with Dr. Pennie Foster-Fishman and a dynamic team of professional staff, graduate students and undergraduate students from Michigan State University under the direction of the Project Director.
This position will be responsible for coordinating team operations around an existing statewide project, including supporting meetings and coordinating task management processes to ensure tasks are routed to appropriate team members.
The job requires: knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in performing tasks related to the area of employment; experience in the use of spreadsheet, word processing, and database software.
