Seeking applicants with:

  • Outstanding promise for scholarly achievement that contributes to cancer prevention and control
  • A commitment to a research career assessing population health risks and disparities, developing and evaluating interventions, or disseminating effective programs and policies


  • Individuals with a PhD, DrPH, MD, or other doctoral degree in public health, health promotion, a social or behavioral science, epidemiology, health services research, health economics, biostatistics, or medicine
  • U.S citizens and permanent residents

Postdoctoral fellowships


  • Funded by the National Cancer Institute
  • Support for up to 3 years
  • Annual stipend starting at $47,484, depending on experience
