Visiting Professor position @Morehouse College's Dept of Psychology

The Department of Psychology invites applications for a one-year, Visiting Professor position within the Department of Psychology in the Division of Science and Mathematics. The specialty area for this position is open and the position is a one-year appointment.

Applicants should have experience teaching in their specialty area, and be able to teach courses in higher-level Research Methods and Statistics and a writing course.

Responsibilities of the Visiting Professor include teaching basic and specialized undergraduate courses, student advising, and supervision of student research.  Pursuit of one’s own program of research is possible, but priority of responsibility is expected to be in teaching.

Candidates for the position must have a doctoral degree, and are expected to show evidence of excellence in teaching and research.
