Children’s Trust of South Carolina is seeking a full-time Senior Evaluator. This position is responsible for implementing a program, training, parent partnership, and coalition evaluation framework and plan for Children’s Trust of South Carolina. The Senior Evaluator is also responsible for managing the development of a web-based evaluation system for Children’s Trust of South Carolina.
Have minimum of a master’s degree in organizational development, human services, early childhood education, social work, public health, public administration, psychology, human development, child development, or other related fields, and minimum of five years of evaluation experience (nonprofit settings preferred).
Well-informed about program evaluation (especially participatory, utilization-focused, and culturally competent evaluation), quality assurance, and/or quality improvement processes, theories, and/or models. Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
Proficiency in reporting evaluation and training results to various audiences.
