About us:

Two Chairs is reimagining mental healthcare as it should be designed, with data at the core of care and modern technology as a touchpoint for services. We are a modern mental health clinic system working to expand access to efficient, evidence-based care. Our mission is to make exceptional mental healthcare available to everyone, and that starts with building a diverse and passionate community of employees.

The Clinical Programs team at Two Chairs develops, implements, and improves our unique clinical programs. Measuring client progress in treatment has been established as a useful practice in quality mental healthcare. Today, technology provides clinicians and systems unprecedented opportunities to measure care and make informed decisions about treatment1. By systematically measuring symptoms, aspects of the therapeutic relationship, and indicators of client well-being, therapists can individualize care to substantially improve client outcomes2,3. At Two Chairs, we are committed to building a first-class measurement-based care (MBC) program that improves client outcomes and engagement, facilitates evidence-based care, helps us improve the overall quality of our services, and enables us to achieve our mission of delivering exceptional mental health care to all.
