The study combined a literature review\, qualitative and\nquantitative analysis\, and community engagement to demonstrate the effectiveness of this innovative approach. Results indicated significant positive impact on participants’ cognitive and emotional well-being\, advocating\nfor the integration of book clubs in community-based prevention efforts.
