Director of Diversity University of Washington Bothell (UW Bothell) seeks a dynamic leader to work as Director of Diversity to support and provide leadership for campus-centered diversityinitiatives, working with campus stakeholders to increase opportunity, equity, and inclu-sivity in all aspects of campus life. UW Bothell is institutionally committed to meeting the needs of all of its students, staff, and faculty relative to recruitment, retention, and campus climate. The Director will be charged with serving as a resource for the coordination of campus diversity efforts (including community partnerships), formally and informally assessing campus climate through regular meetings with different campus constituencies, initiating programs that support inclusivity and diversity in response to assessment, and developing and maintaining a repository of campus diversity efforts across all UW Bothell units and across all UW Bothell constituencies (students, staff, faculty, and administration). This position reports to the chancellor.
