The Leadership Academy is currently hiring for two positions on our Research and Evaluation Team. The Leadership Academy is a nationally recognized non-profit organization building the capacity of educational leaders across the country to confront systems of racial inequity.
The Associate Director, Research & Evaluation is an entry-level position. In this role, the Associate Director will help with data collection activities and create efficiencies across department systems. A description and instructions for applying can be found here.
The temporary Qualitative Research Consultant is a part-time graduate-level position. The position would start in December 2021 for a brief training and will involve 4-6 weeks of qualitative research analysis in January 2022. A description and instructions for applying can be found here.
