Research Coordinator position in Southern California

Dr. Maya Boustani is accepting applications for a Research Coordinator in the Department of Psychology at Loma Linda University. Responsibilities include working on a National Institute of Mental Health research project (collaborating site: Florida International University; Stacy Frazier, PI) as well as providing support to various ongoing research projects. The position begins immediately and is a 2-year position.

Grant tasks:

  • Coordinate and assign literature coding to graduate students
  • Maintain organized datasets
  • Maintain schedules, meetings, notes, etc.
  • Recruit research participants and track data entry
  • Help prepare conference posters, presentations, and peer-reviewed manuscripts.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors or Master’s degree in a relevant area
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with data management
  • Experience working with underserved communities, including schools, parks, and mental health clinics
  • Spanish speaking is a plus!
