In search of an LGBTQ Executive Director to be the face of and lead South Florida’s only organization dedicated to serving and supporting the Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender community through grants, scholarships and initiatives. Job applicant can be located in Miami (Miami-Dade County) and/or Ft. Lauderdale (Broward County).
KEY PRIORITIES
FUNDRAISING
Executing fundraising campaigns through both online and offline channels
Expand local revenue generating and fundraising activities to support existing
program operations
Donor Engagement and Relations
ADMINISTRATION
Regularly evaluate efforts and results to measure successes that can be effectively
communicated to the board, funders, and other stakeholders
Monthly financial reporting
Build and deliver to Board a strategic plan with benchmarks and timelines
Timely response to internal and external communication
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
Strong marketing, public relations, and fundraising experience with the ability to
engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures
Programming Development and Management
Other duties as assigned

strategies that have taken an organization to the next stage of growth
Evening and weekend availability
Social media savvy and elevated level of computer literacy

*Salary requirements: $50,000 - $72,000
*$50,000 is the base or minimum amount with the ability to earn more based on fundraising efforts.
Your compensation is based on commissions/bonuses that you earn from fundraising activities. Such commissions/bonuses are strictly limited to the amounts defined by the Board , except that the company may make periodic amendments and/or additions (e.g., related to specific promotions and programs). You may also be paid supplemental pay for non-sales activity, if applicable. You will be paid at least the base salary amount for all hours worked.
