Yes, there is a registration option for members who will be participating virtually only.

If you are unsure what type of registration you have and whether it is paid, and which events you may have registered for, you can check this information in your member profile.

2. Click, “my membership profile”

3. Select “forms I’ve taken”

4. Select the three buttons to the right and select view

You cannot edit your registration, but it allows you to see exactly what you have registered for, including any duplicate incomplete submissions. Please verify your registration is paid and complete by 6/16/23.

Suggested 42” Length x 36” Height poster

The virtual poster session will take place via zoom.  It is recommended for  presenters to upload a pdf of their poster to their session.  Each presenter will have their own break out room for attendees to view each poster and engage with the presenters.

If you need to pay an outstanding conference invoice, follow this process. Payments are due by June 15, 2023. Registrants with unpaid fees on June 15, 2023, will have their registration canceled on June 16, 2023.

2. Click, “my membership profile”

3. On the right side will be a button “view invoices”

4. Click that button to pay the invoice

You must be registered for the conference in order to receive access to the conference platform. Once you register, you will be added to Whova and sent a link to update your attendee profile. If you are a speaker, you will also be registered as a speaker. This process happens once per week, on Fridays. Thus, if you register on a Monday, you will not get access until Friday.

If you have requests for program changes like adding additional authors, canceling your session, or updating the session title please make sure that all authors who want to be added have already registered for the conference. Authors and presenters cannot be added to sessions if they have not registered for that session. Please fill out this form for changes: https://forms.gle/HGNnLUz8k6hBVXDB7

The Biennial Conference will utilize a 12-seater van with the Morehouse College Public Health/Trio Program logo. Photo forthcoming. 

The van will make a continuous loop from 7:30a-9:30a beginning June 21st  through June 24.

The van will make another continuous loop in the afternoons from 4:00p -6:00p June 21st-June 23rd.

The van will make stops at the Hyatt Regency (265 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30303) at 7:30a each day and if not at full capacity, travel to the Comfort Inn Downtown Atlanta (795 Pollard Blvd SW Atlanta, GA 30315). Please note, the Country Inn and Suites (759 Pollard Boulevard SW Atlanta, GA 0315) is also accommodating some of our biennial participants and is located 200 meters. Guests at the Comfort Inn can pick up the shuttle from the Country Inn. 

It is difficult to determine exact times, but we anticipate the following van schedule. The shuttle will drop off the passengers on Westview Street, close to the entrance of the Massey Conference Center.

To access the links for the biennial, access the sessions through Whova.  Access to Whova was only for registered conference attendees.
