Committees

The committees of the Society shall consist of such standing committees as may be specified in the Bylaws and such special committees as may be created by the President with the advice of the Executive Committee. Committees shall serve for terms designated by the President with the advice of the Executive Committee. Their membership shall be determined by appointment by the President, subject to the provisions of these Bylaws, with the advice of the Executive Committee.
