ECIG Community Psychology Interventions Speaker Series:
Since 1920, U.S. Black farmers have held less than 2% of land ownership as a result of race-based discriminatory policies. The decline of Black-owned farms intensified with the development of government programs, civil rights laws, and advancements in science and technology that promised prosperity and fair treatment (Daniel, 2013).
