To Subscribe, Unsubscribe or Set Daily Digest Mode

  1. Send e-mail to LISTSERV@LISTS.APA.ORG from the correct email address
  2. Leave the subject area blank
  3. Enter one of the following commands into the message area:
    1. Subscribe: SUBSCRIBE SCRA-L first name last name (e.g. Subscribe SCRA-L Fred Smith)
    2. Unsubscribe: SIGNOFF SCRA-L
    3. Turn on Daily Digest Mode: SET SCRA-L DIGEST
  4. Delete any signature or other text from the body of the email.

Posting Timeline

Our goal is to help support all members in sharing their posts. As a result, the following process change will be in place.

  • All posts should be received by 12 pm EST Monday-Friday will be posted by 1 pm EST on the same day.

  • If a post is received after this time, the review for posting will take place the following weekday, excluding holidays.

  • Any posts received on Saturdays and Sundays will post on the next business day, excluding holidays.

  • All posts are shared in the order received.
