Early Career
Mission
Early career professional groups offer support, networking, and resources for new psychology professionals within 10 years post-graduation. The SCRA Early Career Interest Group (ECIG) encourages growth, provides mentorship, and creates opportunities for ECPs in research, practice, scholarship, and publication. The ECIG enhances professional development by helping early career community psychologists gain insights, build connections, share experiences, seek guidance, and collaborate on challenges. Its goal is to cultivate a supportive community, recognize achievements, and facilitate engagement between ECPs and the broader SCRA and global community psychology field.
