Panelists will discuss the realities of the psychology Ph.D. job market. The important question is how to design graduate training for the full spectrum of positions our students take after graduation. One approach is to include as part of graduate curriculum, research and development opportunities that are outside of academia. The challenges associated with preparing students interested in exploring careers in industry, government, and the non-profit sector will be explored.
