Each grant is up to $1,000 (USD), depending on the outlined budget. A minimum of five (5) grants will be awarded to thesis and dissertation projects.

Cada beca tiene un valor máximo de 1.000 USD, dependiendo del presupuesto presentado. Se otorgará un mínimo de cinco (5) becas para proyectos de tesis. Puede encontrar más información sobre la entrega de fondos en la sección correspondiente.

Disbursement & Reimbursement / Desembolso y Reembolso

• After we receive proof of IRB or equivalent approval, as well as required disbursement documents, 80% of the funds will be distributed up front.
• The last 20% is a reimbursement, and is contingent upon you submitting the grant report with your preliminary results and providing your receipts.
• Funds will be disbursed from within the United States. If applicable, please be mindful of any disbursement fees taken out on the receiving end for international transactions, etc.
• Our preference will be to disburse to student accounts directly whenever possible.

• El 20% restante se reembolsará una vez enviado el informe (véase sección 6) junto con los resultados preliminares y los recibos.
• Los fondos se desembolsarán desde Estados Unidos. Para transacciones internacionales, considere posibles tarifas de recepción.
• Siempre que sea posible, se preferirá desembolsar los fondos directamente a las cuentas estudiantiles.

Spending / Uso de Fondos

• 80% of funds must be spent by December 15, 2026.
• Any remaining funds must be spent by February 15, 2027 and will be reimbursements (pending the Grant Report).
