Written reports from grant awardees must include project updates, preliminary results, & funds used. Submitted reports may be selected to be published in the Spring 2026 issue of The Community Psychologist.

• Grant report & funds used should be submitted to student representatives at StudentReps@scra27.org
• Deadline: December 15, 2025

Los informes escritos de los beneficiarios deben incluir actualizaciones del proyecto, resultados preliminares y justificación de los fondos utilizados. Algunos informes podrán seleccionarse para su publicación en la edición de primavera de 2026 de The Community Psychologist.

• El informe debe enviarse a los representantes estudiantiles en StudentReps@scra27.org.
• Fecha límite: 15 de diciembre de 2026.

Además las propuestas seleccionadas podrán ser invitadas a presentar sus resultados en la Serie de Webinar “Psicología Comunitaria en América Latina” u otras actividades regionales de la SCRA.

What is the purpose of the Grant Report? / ¿Cuál es el propósito del Informe?

• These reports are used to show the impact of student research grants and help Student Representatives advocate for funding each year.
• These reports may also be published in The Community Psychologist (TCP) Spring 2026 issue to share with SCRA membership, increasing the visibility of student work.

• Mostrar el impacto de los fondos estudiantiles y ayudar a los Representantes Estudiantiles a justificar y defender el financiamiento anual.
• Posible publicación en The Community Psychologist (TCP), participación en webinars o actividades regionales y aumentando la visibilidad del trabajo estudiantil.

What should I include in my Grant Report? / ¿Qué debe incluir mi Informe?

• Student awardees are encouraged to write reports that:
  • give an overview of the purpose and aims of the project
  • give a summary of accomplishments (and overcoming any challenges)
  • share preliminary results
  • reflect on the impact and significance of the project
  • to be included in The Community Psychologist (TCP), reports should follow this format (link)
• In addition to describing the project, students should include receipts of funds that have been spent, as well as any plans for further spending.
  
• Se recomienda que los beneficiarios:
  • presente una visión general del propósito y objetivos del proyecto
  • incluya un resumen de logros (y de cómo se superaron los desafíos)
  • comparta resultados preliminares
  • reflexione sobre el impacto y la relevancia del proyecto
  • sigan el formato requerido para posibles publicaciones en TCP
• Además de describir el proyecto, se deben incluir los recibos de gastos y cualquier plan para futuros desembolsos.
